Iota Phi Lambda Sorority has three auxiliary programs: Future Iota Leaders, Pelatis, and Men of Iota.

Epsilon Chi currently has two of the three sorority auxiliaries activated: Future Iota Leaders (FIL) and Men of Iota (MOI) 

 

FIL are youth (ages 8-20) who are mentored by members of the Iota family. Our FIL programs provide leadership, socialization, and community service opportunities for youth, and encourage them to realize their potential to the fullest.

The MOI provides support to programs and projects of the chapter. MOI includes husbands, significant others, and relatives of chapter members who embrace the Sorority’s national, regional and local chapter programs.
